EXTERIOR SYSTEMS - FIRE PERFORMANCE

EXTERIOR SYSTEMS - FIRE RESISTANCE

The following is a small sampling of fire resistive designs that are available.  There are 2 sources of information that can provide comprehensive information on fire resistant assemblies.  The first is GA 600 Fire Resistance Design Manual published by the Gypsum Association.  The second is entitled A Guide to Fire & Acoustical Data for Steel Floor, Wall, and Roof Assemblies published by the Steel Framing Alliance.
